Under the aegis of Ao Senden, the formal inaugural program of Ao Riju, also known as the Ao Academy, was held today at the Ao Senden conference hall.

The Ao Riju or Ao Academy is envisaged to play a crucial role in the development of the Ao language and literature. The idea of institutionalizing the academy had been in the anvil for a considerable period and its formal establishment today is expected to further stimulate the growth and development of the Ao language and literature, as stated by Ao Senden.
During the inaugural program, Chubawati Longchar, President of Ao Senden, emphasized the need for collaboration and support among the leaders and members of the different departments of the academy. Longchar highlighted that the chosen department heads are not perfect, just like everyone else, and called for mutual assistance, sharing of ideas, and constructive exchange of suggestions to foster mutual growth.
Longchar also assured that while the current tenure of Ao Senden will end next year, the apex body will always be available to provide support and assistance.
