A delegation from Ao Senden, led by its President Marsanen Imsong, met with Nagaland’s Director General of Police (DGP) Rupin Sharma, IPS, and other senior officers in Kohima to submit a formal complaint against members of ‘The Patriotic Nagas’ Facebook group (Page). The complaint accused the group’s admins, moderators, and a user identified as the “Naga Postmaster” of posting defamatory, insulting, outrageous and despicable Facebook post.
The Ao Senden delegation was assured by the DGP that positive action shall be taken against the perpetrators at the earliest.
“As the Ao Senden place our confidence at his dynamic leadership of the Nagaland Police Department, we request all Ao citizens to allow the law to take its own course of action,” stated the Ao Senden urging all Ao citizens to stay calm for the time being but to stay alert to deal with any exigency that may arise.
According to my research, after a property foreclosure home is offered at an auction, it is common to the borrower to be able to still have some sort ofthat remaining balance on the mortgage. There are many creditors who try and have all charges and liens repaid by the future buyer. However, depending on specific programs, rules, and state laws there may be a few loans which aren’t easily handled through the switch of personal loans. Therefore, the obligation still falls on the client that has got his or her property foreclosed on. Thanks for sharing your opinions on this blog.
