Mokokchung, September 5 (MTNews): Ao Senden Literature Board (ASLB) launched an Ao alphabet video titled “Tanurtem Tetsü Oshi Melamelaa Angazüktsüren” which was formally released by Arenla Longkumer, President, Watsü Mungdang at Ao Senden Conference Hall on Monday.
In a brief exhortation, Arenla Longkumer expressed appreciation towards ASLB for their contribution in safekeeping the Ao language, adding that many young people were not able to converse in their mother tongue and that the books and videos launched by the ASLB would help in people learning more about the language.
The brief launching program was attended by members of ASLB, Watsü Mungdang, Ao Senden and Ao Students’ Conference.
