The Ao Senden has announced plans to inspect the Mangmetong–Doyang section of the PMGSY road on 9th September 2025, beginning from Doyang point at 11:00 AM.
According to a communication from the Ao Senden, the inspection comes in response to reports of delays in the ongoing project, which is reportedly behind schedule.
The Ao Senden has requested the Executive Engineer of PMGSY Mokokchung, along with officials from the department and the contractor firm responsible for the project, to be present during the inspection.
Marsanen Imsong, President of Ao Senden and Imtipokyim, General Secretary, stated that the inspection aims to assess the progress of work and ensure timely completion, highlighting the community’s concern over the tardiness of the project.
