Applications Invited for Dobashi Posts in Tseminyu District

Deputy Commissioner of Tseminyu, Rohit Singh (IAS), has informed that applications are invited from eligible indigenous inhabitants of Tseminyu District for the following posts in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Tseminyu:

Name of Post: Dobashi (Grade – II, Pay Level 5)

Number of Posts: Two (2)

Eligibility Criteria:

1. The applicants should be indigenous inhabitants of Tseminyu District.
2. The minimum age of the applicant should be 25 years as of 01/01/2024. There is no upper age limit within superannuation.
3. The candidate should be conversant with Nagaland customary law and practices.

Mode of Selection: Oral interview.

Required Documents:

1. Passport-sized photo to be submitted along with the duly filled application form and produced in original during the oral interview.
2. Educational qualifications.
3. Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate issued by the competent authority.
4. Scheduled Tribe Certificate issued by the competent authority.
5. Permanent Residential Certificate.
6. Proof of Date of Birth.
7. Unemployment certificate from the Employment Exchange if the applicant is unemployed, or an NOC from the Head of Department if the applicant is employed.
8. Certificate of Experience, if any.
9. Three (3) recent passport-sized photographs.

Application forms can be obtained from the EAC Establishment Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Tseminyu, starting from 28th August 2024. The last date for submission of application forms is 29th September 2024. No applications will be entertained after the last date of submission. Incomplete application forms shall be summarily rejected. Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the date of the oral interview after the scrutiny of the application forms.
