Culture Department informs on ‘Artists’ Corner’ at Hornbill Festival
The Department of Art and Culture, in cooperation with a local gallery, will organize the Artists’ Corner at the WW II Museum premises in Kisama, coinciding with the Hornbill Festival.
This project is primarily aimed at promoting local artists, with a focus on various visual art activities, including a show-and-sale art fair. In addition, an art exhibition program will also be displayed, created by and for the artists.
Interested local artists have been requested to submit two works, along with labels and biodata, to the Directorate of Art & Culture during office hours, no later than 28 November 2024.
