The Nagaland University Kohima Campus (NUKC) hosted the grand finale of the Associate Dean’s Cup 2025 (ADSW Cup) on September 26 at the University playground. Organised under the theme Breaking Barriers, this year’s edition concluded on a vibrant note, drawing anticipation for future tournaments.

The closing ceremony opened with the University anthem, followed by an address from Prof. N. Venuh, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (PVC) of NUKC. Prof. Venuh commended the organising committee for uniting the campus community through sports, noting that the event had truly broken barriers by fostering participation, togetherness, and wellbeing. He expressed hope that the initiative would grow stronger in future editions.

Phuyeka P. Yeptho, Sports Secretary, introduced the finalist teams, and the finale commenced with a ceremonial kick-off by the PVC. The program was chaired by Lhinghoivah Vahsi Handshing, with invocation by Mhonthung Kikon and a special performance by Eshak Konyak.
