Auto Gallery FC Dimapur and Kuki Golgnai FC have secured their spots in the finals of the 2nd Autumn Cup after hard-fought victories in their respective semifinal matches.

In the first semifinal, Auto Gallery FC edged out Friends of Society (FOS) Jalukie with a narrow 1-0 win. The match saw Auto Gallery FC consistently test the FOS defense with their speed, but their finishing left much to be desired. On the other hand, the FOS forwards struggled to capitalize on their fine short passes inside the goal area. The decisive moment came in the 50th minute when Francis Muktar scored the only goal of the match, sealing the victory for Auto Gallery FC Dimapur.
The second semifinal featured a dominant performance by Kuki Golgnai FC (KGFC) against Medziphema Warrior.

KGFC took control of the game from the first whistle, expertly managing the midfield with meticulous short passes and relentless attacks on the opponent’s net. Bebem gave KGFC an early lead, scoring in the 18th minute and scoring another in the 23rd minute. The lead was further extended when Haogin’s sharp strike from a tight angle found the net in the 29th minute.

In the second half, KGFC focused on maintaining possession, with occasional attacks. Medziphema Warrior managed to pull one back in the 69th minute through Videbol, but KGFC quickly responded with another goal from Lalbem in the 72nd minute. The match ended with a 4-1 victory for KGFC, securing their place in the final.

Earlier, Neizhalie Zumu, Officer-in-Charge of Medziphema Police Station, graced the semifinals as the match patron.

The stage is now set for an exciting final between Auto Gallery FC Dimapur and Kuki Golgnai FC.
