Kohima, December 21 (MTNews): The Government of Nagaland has appointed Banuo Z Jamir IAS (Retd.), former Chief Secretary to the government of Nagaland as the Lokayukta of Nagaland state with effect from the date of taking oath of office before the Governor of Nagaland.
According to a government notification dated December 20, Banuo Z Jamir was appointed by the Governor on the recommendation of the Selection Committee constituted under the provisions of the Nagaland Lokayukta Act 2018.
