Mokokchung, 13 February (MTNews): Nagaland Minister for Health & Family Welfare and BJP National Executive Member P Paiwang Konyak, who is also the Legislator In -charge of Mangkolemba Organizational District undertook his first District Tour at Tuli and held an intensive meeting with the Organizational District President and his Colleagues, the Mandal Presidents and Office Bearers from all the 4 Mandals under Mangkolemba Organizational District.

Addressing the party Karyakartas Paiwang Konyak stated that the BJP is a well-disciplined party that followed the Mantra of “Nation first, Party second, and individual last” and that there is no room for laziness in the party, adding that every party worker have to be proactive.

He also encouraged the Karyakartas to stay committed and work towards the positive growth of the party in the 4 Mandals, ie. Janpetkong, Arkakong, Alongtaki, and Tuli. Also, highlighting the various flagship programs of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Paiwang asserted that the welfare schemes have immensely benefited crores of Indian citizens which are evident of the Prime Minister’s vision, ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas’.

The meeting was also addressed by MLA and Advisor A Pangjung Jamir, State Spokespersons and In-charge and Co-In-charge of Mangkolemba (Org.) Zaveyi Kezo and Therali Ezung, State General Secretary Manai Konyak, and BJP Mokokchung District President Bendang Aier.

The interactive session was marked by discussion and sharing of ideas and opinions for the growth of the party at all levels. The meeting concluded with adoption of a resolution passed by the house to strengthen the Bharatiya Janata Party Nagaland State under the leadership of State President Benjamin Yepthomi and Deputy Chief Minister and BLP Leader Y Patton.

Earlier, the meeting was chaired by District General Secretary Pangerkumba, welcome address was delivered by District President Talitoshi Imchen while vote of thanks was pronounced by District Mahila President Amenla Longchar.

Later, the Minister and the dignitaries also visited the Community Health Centre at Tuli and interacted with the Doctors, Nurses and patients admitted in the ward. This was stated in a press release received here, issued by State Media Department, BJP Nagaland.
