Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Nagaland conducted a district-level workshop under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Prashikshan Mahabhiyan at Tuensang on March 6 with participation from party workers representing Tuensang district, Kiphire district, Noklak district and Longleng district.
The workshop aimed to strengthen the organisational structure of the party and enhance the capacity of karyakartas through training on ideology, governance, digital outreach and booth management.
During the programme, Tsachola Rothrong delivered a session on ideological foundations and welfare schemes, while Nini Cheng spoke on work methodology. Haidoba Hingleu conducted a session on social media, artificial intelligence, NaMo App and Saral, highlighting the role of digital platforms in political communication and organisational work.
Kashini Kiba addressed the gathering on the vision for work expansion and encouraged party workers to strengthen the organisation at the grassroots level. Shiyeto Wotsa spoke on history and development, while Pintu M. Ghosh led a session on booth management, stressing the importance of strong booth-level organisation.
Party workers from the four districts participated in the workshop and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the party organisation and promoting the ideals of Deendayal Upadhyaya.
