The BJP Nagaland held an organisational coordination meeting in Mon district on Wednesday to review and strengthen its party structure at the grassroots level.
The meeting brought together the Mon District president, Mandal presidents from Mon Town, Wakching, Tapi, Phomching and Tizit, and the respective district Morcha presidents. Adviser and MLA Konngam Konyak, BJP Nagaland State Secretary Shilukaba Longchar and other senior party leaders also attended.
Discussions focused on improving coordination between district and mandal units, organisational efficiency and grassroots engagement. Party leaders stressed the need for discipline, unity, collective leadership and active participation of party workers to strengthen the organisation across the district.
The leaders also emphasised the importance of a cohesive organisational structure to ensure effective public service and responsiveness to people’s needs.
As part of the ongoing organisational tour, BJP Nagaland State President Benjamin Yepthomi and his team are scheduled to meet the Aboi organisational district leadership on Thursday.
