Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, has granted a blasting permit to JKM Infra Works LLP of Guwahati, Assam, to conduct stone blasting for road widening at the Angetyong Tzu River area at NH-61 (New NH 02).
The blasting activity is scheduled to take place on 11 June 2024, between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm with the following terms and conditions: the contractor must ensure the safety and security of the public and their property using the road, comply with all relevant rules of the Explosives Act/Rule, 2008, and JKM Infra Works LLP will be held responsible for any damage to life and property.
This permit shall remain valid only for the specified date, i.e., 11 June 2024.
