A book donation programme was held at Zisaji Presidency College, during which study materials were donated to the college library and students by Akehda Amulung.
The college library formally acknowledged the contribution and expressed gratitude for the support. The donated materials are expected to assist students in preparing for competitive examinations and in strengthening their academic foundation. During the programme, study materials were distributed to all students present, with a total of 234 students set to benefit from the initiative.
The Principal of the college thanked Longtili C Sangtam for the donation and encouraged students to look beyond government employment alone. He urged them to explore diverse career paths based on their interests and talents.
Addressing the gathering, Longtili C. Sangtam, founder of Akehda Amulung, advised students to make full use of the materials and focus on personal growth according to their strengths. He also thanked Eduversity for supporting the initiative and commended the institution for prioritising students.
Vilila Thonger, Assistant Research Officer under the Department of Art and Culture, Nagaland, shared her experience of clearing the Nagaland Public Service Commission examination. She encouraged students to remain focused, avoid negative influences, and work consistently towards their goals.
The programme concluded with appreciation from the college authorities and renewed encouragement for students to prepare diligently for their future.
