Chakpa, 2 May (MTNews): The Chakpa Medemsanger Putu Menden organized a felicitation program on 2 May 2024 in honor of Chubalemba B Chang, who successfully passed the UPSC-CSE 2023 examination, securing the All India Rank 915th position.
“Dedication and hard work have earned this great achievement,” said the 30-year-old Chubalemba B Chang while speaking at the program.
“I invested six years in preparation for this exam, which has yielded its result,” said Chang. He thanked God for this great achievement, stating that his success is an answer to his prayers. Chang also emphasized the importance of education, stating that good education is the key to everything.
The members of the Chakpa church, village council leaders, and all citizens of Chakpa had been praying for a prominent and renowned leader from the village, organizing prayer fellowship every first Sunday of the month for many years.
“This is our prayer answered,” said the Chakpa Village Council Chairman, referring to Chubalemba’s UPSC success.
