Kohima, 18 February (MTNews): Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has congratulated all athletes and participants of the recently concluded Nagaland Olympic & Paralympic Games 2024.
In a series of posts in X, Rio stated that true to the Games’ motto “Stronger Together,” it strengthened unity and showcased the talents of the state’s youth. He also congratulated the Nagaland Olympic Association, Sports Associations, and the Youth Resources & Sports Department for their excellent organizational and management skills, leading to a successful conclusion of the Nagaland Olympic & Paralympic Games 2024.

Rio mentioned that NOPG 2024 was a grand success due to the tireless efforts of the Government, non-government agencies, volunteers, associations, and all collaborators. He extended special thanks to all sports lovers and fans for filling up the arenas and celebrating the talents of the athletes and youths.
Chief Minister Rio further urged everyone to make dedicated efforts to ensure the success of the forthcoming North East Olympic Games in Nagaland. He also encouraged the athletes representing Nagaland to strive hard and make the people proud.
