Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio arrived in Moscow, Russia, on Saturday to attend the ongoing Bharat Utsav – Festival of India. Upon his arrival, he was received by Nikhilesh Giri, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of India in Moscow.
A 40-member delegation from Nagaland, comprising tourism officials, artistes, and artisans, is participating in the nine-day cultural festival at the iconic Manezhnaya Square near the Moscow Kremlin.
