Gariphema, February 7: The 6th session of CHOGARÜKI, comprising four villages—Chozuba, Gariphema, Rusoma, and Kijumetouma—was held on February 7 at Trinitarian Spot, Gariphema Village.
Rev. Khrieo Mezhü, Pastor of CRC Rüsoma; Rev. Thepupa Swuro, Senior Pastor of Chozuba Village Baptist Church; and Pesilhou Angami spoke at the programme.
The session featured choral renditions by the Rüsoma Choir, Gariphema NCRC, Kijumetouma Baptist Church Choir, and Chozuba Village Baptist Church Choir.
The programme was led by Viketoulie Pielie, Assistant Pastor of NCRC Gariphema, while the welcome address was delivered by Vibeilietuo Kets, Chairman of Gariphema Village Council.
Earlier, a session monolith was unveiled by Rev. Khrieo Mezhü, Pastor of CRC Rüsoma. During the session, a new CHOGARÜKI team for the 2025–28 tenure was announced, with Vibeilietuo Kets as the new president. The vote of thanks was proposed by CHOGARÜKI’s outgoing president, Jolayi Nienu.
The programme concluded with a friendship feast.
