Chumoukedima, 18 December (MTNews): In a bid to boost tourism and showcase the cultural richness of Nagaland, the Nagaland State Tourism, in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism Swadesh Darshan 2.0, has officially launched the Chumoukedima Tourism Logo and Tagline Design Competition 2023.
Tagline Design Criteria:
Taglines must not exceed 6 words and should be in English.
Originality is crucial; participants must avoid plagiarism from existing campaigns or products.
The copyright for all submitted taglines shall belong to the Department of Tourism, Government of Nagaland.
Logo Design Guidelines:
· Logos should range from 10cm x 10cm to a maximum of 21cm x 14.8cm (A5 size) in landscape orientation.
· Each logo must present three variations: two distinct color options and a third in black & white.
· Participants must create original logos, and designs from Generative Art tools will lead to disqualification.
· Digital platforms like MS Paint, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Procreate, and Adobe Photoshop are acceptable. However, the resolution must be high (at least 300 DPI) to ensure quality for both digital and print media.
· Logos should be versatile for use on digital platforms (websites, social media) and printed promotional materials (brochures, magazines, hoardings, leaflets, souvenirs, etc.).
The winning entries will be showcased on the official Nagaland Tourism website, social media pages, and local newspapers. Winners will also receive a Digital Certificate.

Interested participants can submit their entries via email to chumusd2@gmail.com. Entries should include Full Name, Age, Mobile Number, Residential Address, and Profession/Student details. The submission deadline is 31st December 2023, by 5 pm.
