In this image contributed by a citizen journalist to Mokokchung Times, two small private cars are seen parked in front of a notice board that reads, “No Parking. Violators will be fined Rs 500.” The notice board was apparently erected by the concerned ward authority. According to the citizen journalist, the site is located along the Hospital Road. (MTNews)
