BharatiyaJanata Party (BJP) leader Bhupendra Patel on Monday was sworn in as the chief minister of Gujarat for a second straight term in Gandhinagar in the presence of Prime Minister NarendraModi at Gujarat Gandhinagar’s Helipad Ground today.
The ceremony was attended by PM NarendraModi and top BJP leaders, including Union ministers and chief ministers of states ruled by the party where Chief Minister of Nagaland, Neiphiu Rio and Dy. Chief Minister Y. Patton also attended.
”We have come to Gujarat to celebrate the victory of the Gujarat election,” Rio told the media when asked about his experience in Gujarat and the victory.
The Chief Minister of Nagaland further said that he is extremely happy with the record-breaking win of BJP in Gujarat Elections 2022.
“PM Modi will lead the country again in 2024,” he added.
Regarding the upcoming election in Nagaland, he expressed confidence stating that, “with partnership, we are very much confident.”
Later in the evening, Rio took to Twitter to congratulate the BJP national president JP Nadda and the prime minister on the “historicvictory” in the Gujarat Assembly Elections. “It is a testament of your remarkable leadership,” he added.
