Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio on Tuesdaymet with Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, and Union Minister for Civil Aviation, Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu, to push for enhanced connectivity infrastructure and aviation sector in the state.
During his meeting with Gadkari, Rio discussed key initiatives aimed at enhancing road infrastructure and driving sectoral growth in Nagaland. Rio also expressed gratitude for the Union minister’s continued support and commitment to the State’s development.
In a post on X, Gadkari also stated that he reviewed the progress of ongoing National Highways projects in Nagaland along with Nagaland CM Neiphiu Rio and senior officials in Delhi today.
Later, Rio also called on Union Minister for Civil Aviation, Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu. “We had a productive discussion on enhancing the aviation sector and fostering future growth in the State,” Rio said on X.
Rio also met Minister of State for Youth Affairs & Sports, Raksha Nikhil Khadse. The chief minister was accompanied by Kekhrie Yhome, Advisor, School Education & SCERT, Government of Nagaland. “We had a productive discussion on key initiatives aimed at youth development & engagement in the State,” Rio said.
