Shreeshth Yadav (123) and Hardik Sharma (C) (111 not out) scored a brilliant century each. However, the former was sent back to the pavilion by Neizekho Rupreo before he could cause further damage as he was adjudged LBW by the umpire while the captain was still at the crease at the end of Day-1.
For Nagaland, Khrievitso Kense took 2 wickets while Neizekho Rupreo took 1 wicket.
