Christian Residential Higher Secondary School (CRHSS) Mokokchung conducted its Children’s’ Day cum Annual Day program with Nagaland’s Nagamese music maestro Sunep Lemtur gracing the occasion as special guest at Discovery Hall, Artang ward, Mokokchung on Monday.
During a brief welcome remark, Dr. Sentila, Principal of Nagaland Bible College, underlined the importance of Children’s Day and stated the positive influences children have on society. She went on to express hope on the Lord to bless the children present with a future filled with peace and joy.
During the program, Ellen and Mark, two American citizens who are now serving as missionaries in Spain, interacted briefly with the students.
The spotlight of the program, multi talented singer, songwriter, producer, director, and entrepreneur, Sunep Lemtur went on to deliver an ebullient performance as he sang his hit singles GF, Kaun Ke Lobo, Loretta, Aseno and crowd favorite Mintu Loves Pinky, while a brief teaser of his new single ‘Tipsy’ was presented during the occasion which is scheduled to be officially released in January of 2023.
Earlier, a brief exhortation was delivered by Nisha, Teacher while students performed special numbers. Imsupokla, Principal, CRHSS delivered the vote of thanks.
