Mon, 10 April (MTNews): Commissioner & Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, Y. Kikheto Sema IAS applauded the Hans Foundation for utilizing their CSR funds for the construction of building and staff quarters for CHC Tizit Town.
Sema, while visiting CHC Tizit town on the way to Mon with a team of department senior officers today also appreciated the Hans Foundation for providing nine Mobile Medical Unit Van units to the Mon districts and for Providing Health Care to the needy people.
He also instructed the Principal Director to ensure close coordination and cooperation between the department and companies investing in CSR funding for better delivery mechanisms.
The team also visited the Sub-centre (Health and Wellness Centre) in Tizit village where Sema appreciated the CHO & staff for maintaining one of the district’s best Health & Wellness centres.
He also made a special request to the Tizit village authorities to donate sufficient and better location sites for the expansion of office and housing facilities to its staff to which the village leaders agreed.
