The Combined Technical Association of Nagaland (CTAN) and the Nagaland NET Qualified Forum (NNQF) have announced a Public Dialogue on the pressing issues surrounding the requisition for 147 Assistant Professors and Librarians posts, as well as broader concerns related to open competition, fair recruitment, and transparency in the Common Educational Services Examination.
The Public Dialogue is scheduled to be held on June 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Angami Women Organization Hall, located opposite Congress Bhavan, Kohima.
In a joint press statement, the CTAN and NNQF stated that the event is being organized “given the lapse of the deadline and the silence of the Government on the issue of requisition.” They said the dialogue is intended to “create a platform for discussion,” allowing various stakeholders and the public to engage with the issues at hand.
“This Public discussion is aimed at bringing in varied perspectives with regard to the requisition debate while also raising public awareness and identifying probable solutions,” the statement added.
