CTAN takes alleged backdoor appointment case to Lokayukta

The Combined Technical Association of Nagaland (CTAN) has on June 1 written to the Nagaland Lokayukta with a request to “dispense justice and deliver befitting prosecution according to the law of the state against officials” for allegedly appointing 5 individuals (Forester-1) under Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (PCCF) and Head of Forest Force (HOFF).

Stating that the association was “constrained to file this FIR against those officers responsible for making unauthorized appointments,” CTAN in its FIR said that the association had given a deadline of 31″ May 2022 to the department concerned to terminate the alleged 5 backdoor appointees but it has “shown no onus in disposing the necessary action.”
