As part of the annual program for all churches under the Nagaland Police Baptist Churches Association, the Home Guards, Civil Defence & SDRF Baptist Church at Central Training Institute (CTI) Toluvi observed Uniform Sunday on February 2, 2025.
Delivering the greetings, Director General of Home Guards, Civil Defence & SDRF, Renchamo P Kikon, IPS, reflected on the journey of the Home Guards, Civil Defence & SDRF Baptist Church, from a humble fellowship to its present state. He lauded the church for catering to the spiritual needs of department staff and commended its progress through faith. Kikon also urged officers and rank holders to provide strong leadership, embodying dedication, sincerity, and discipline in all aspects of life, thereby setting a positive example for department personnel.
Pastor Asemba Longchar delivered the main sermon, while women’s leader Khrienuo led a prayer for the congregation. The program was chaired by HG, CD & SDRF District Commandant Dimapur, M Yingyie Konyak.
