The Dimapur Ao Youth Organisation (DAYO) extends our heartfelt congratulations to former Commissioner of Police Dimapur, Shri Kevithüto Sophie IPS on his promotion and transfer to the rank of IGP and for being conferred the Medal for Meritorious Service by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. This prestigious recognition is a true testament to his dedication, professionalism and distinguished service during his tenure as Commissioner of Police, Dimapur.
We fondly recall the meaningful collaboration as a civil organisation in upholding the rule of law and strengthening citizens confidence in the police. His tenure will always be remembered for the spirit of cooperation, efficiency and raising to the challenges of the ocassion. His promotion and Award are both well-deserved and a source of pride for all.
At the same time, DAYO warmly welcomes the new Commissioner of Police, Ms. Aotula Imchen IPS, an equally efficient, hardworking, and sincere police officer. We look forward to working closely with her and the police force in our shared commitment to uphold justice, maintain peace, and make Dimapur a better place for all citizens.
