The Dimapur Ao Youth Organization (DAYO) has expressed deep condolences to Mrs. Late Mangyang Lima and the bereaved family following the passing of Late Mangyang Lima.
In a statement, DAYO described him as a hardworking, honest, sincere, and soft-spoken individual whose dedication and integrity earned the respect of all who knew him. Even after retirement, the government reportedly continued to seek his valuable services, reflecting his capability and commitment.
DAYO noted that his demise is a significant loss not only to the Ao community but to the people of Nagaland as a whole. The organization honored his contributions and encouraged the younger generation and leaders to follow his example and strive to fulfill his vision for a better and stronger Nagaland.
“We pray that such exemplary souls continue to be born among us. May his soul rest in eternal peace,” the statement added.
