Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, has granted permission to JKM Infra Works Guwahati, Assam, to carry out stone blasting for the widening of the road between DEF Police Church and Yisemyong along NH 61 (New NH 02) at the Angetyongpang Tzu River area. The blasting will take place on Thursday, January 9, 2025, between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
The approval comes with strict terms and conditions aimed at ensuring public safety. The contractor has been instructed to prioritize the safety and security of public life and property during the operation. Additionally, JKM Infra Works LLP is required to adhere to the relevant rules of the Explosives Act/Rule, 2008.
The company will be held accountable for any damage to life and property resulting from the blasting. This permission is valid solely for the specified time and date, January 9, 2025.
