Mokokchung, 11 July (MTNews): The Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji has informed that the JKM Infra Works LLP Ivory Enclave, 1st Floor, RGB Road, Guwahati-21, Assam has been permitted to carry out blasting of stone at various construction sites on 13 and 16 July.
At the construction site of two lane between D.E.F Police Project to Yisemyong, 7th mile Amguri road, the blasting shall carry out on 13 July between 6:00 PM to 10:00PM and at Angetyong Tzu River area on 16 July between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
However, the company and the contractor have been made to follow the following terms and conditions: Ensure safety and security of life and property of public using the road; Follow all relevant rules of the explosives Act/Rule 2008; and that the JKM Infra works LLP will be responsible for any damage of life and property.
The permit shall remain valid for the above mentioned days.
