The Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, has granted permission to JKM Infra Works LLP, Guwahati, Assam, to carry out stone blasting for road widening at the construction site of the two-lane road between DEF Police Church and Yisemyong. The operation will take place at the Angetyong Tzu River area on Sunday, October 20, 2024, between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
The permission comes with strict terms and conditions: The contractor must ensure the safety and security of the public using the road. The company must comply with all relevant rules of the Explosives Act/Rules, 2008. JKM Infra Works LLP will be held responsible for any damage to life and property.
The order is valid exclusively for October 20, 2024.
