Mokokchung, 21 April (MTNews): The Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung Shashank Pratap Singh informed that in order to facilitate printing of cards for CMHIS, operators shall be available w.e.f Monday, 24 April from 10:00 AM onwards. Therefore, eligible applicants of Mokokchung Headquarters have been asked to avail the services at the specified venues as given in the table.
The Deputy Commissioner further informed that for those registered on the portal, the applicants are required to produce the following for generation of card: Aadhar card, Family ID as generated from the CMHIS portal.
Meanwhile, for those whose Family ID has not been generated, the concerned have been asked to come personally with the following for registration: Aadhar card, registered Sim Card with Aadhar link, Indigenous/Permanent Residential Certificate issued by competent authority.
For those who have already generated a CMHIS card, it was informed that the card shall be received through the concerned village or ward authorities.
