  3. I have noticed that over the course of constructing a relationship with real estate homeowners, you’ll be able to get them to understand that, in every single real estate deal, a percentage is paid. Ultimately, FSBO sellers tend not to “save” the payment. Rather, they try to win the commission by way of doing the agent’s job. In the process, they shell out their money as well as time to conduct, as best they’re able to, the assignments of an agent. Those assignments include disclosing the home via marketing, introducing the home to willing buyers, creating a sense of buyer desperation in order to induce an offer, organizing home inspections, handling qualification check ups with the lender, supervising fixes, and aiding the closing.
