Mokokchung, August 30 (MTNews): Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung has in an order dated August 29 stated that, in order to allow uninterrupted road repair and maintenance of Bailley bridges at NH-202 Mokokchung-Tuensang road, all forms of vehicular movement along the said route shall remain suspended till further notice.
It was informed that during restricted period, vehicles carrying a maximum load capacity of 10 mt towards Tuensang from the Mokokchung are advised to take the diversion from km 158 NH-02 Longmisa Junction-Longmisa-Dikhu-Alisopor-Thronger-Tuensang and those plying towards Mokokchung from Tuensang shall take the diversion from Thronger-Alisopor-Dikhu-Longmisa-Longmisa Junction-Mokokchung route.
The Deputy Commissioner also reiterated that only vehicles with a maximum load capacity of 10 mt are allowed to ply on the diversion route. “This is for information to all the concerned and for strict compliance,” the order added.
