Deputy Commissioner and Chairman of the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, has informed all concerned that the DDMA, Mokokchung, will be conducting a mock drill as part of its preparedness measures to respond to emergencies on 24th October 2024, starting at 09:00 AM at five different locations in Mokokchung Town: Deputy Commissioner’s Office building, Straightway Hr. Sec. School (Sangtemla Ward), the road to the DC’s Office, Longkumer Kilem, and Lenjem Hospital.
In this connection, the Deputy Commissioner and Chairman has requested the general public of Mokokchung Town not to panic during the mock drill on the mentioned date and further urged them to cooperate with all stakeholders involved for the smooth conduct of the exercise.
