The governing body of the Nagaland Super League (NSL) announced on Saturday an extension of the franchise registration deadline to 4:00 PM on 13 November, 2024. NSL said that the extension was “in light of request from various interested stakeholders seeking additional time to participate.”

In a press statement, the NSL governing body also extended its sincere appreciation to all individuals and organizations for the enthusiastic response and interest shown in franchise ownership in the league.

“This interest reflects a shared commitment to developing football across Nagaland,” it said.

The NSL further encouraged all prospective franchise applicants to collect the NSL Franchise registration forms from the NSL Headquarter, located at the Nagaland Olympic Association Office Complex, Kohima.

“This extension aims to ensure broader participation and strengthen NSL’s vision to elevate football in Nagaland,” it added.
