The Ao Baptist Arogo Mungdang (ABAM) Women Ministry organised a practical motivational programme for pastors’ wives under the theme, “Organize our kitchen (Esther 4:16),” emphasising the belief that ministry begins at home and that effective church service depends on shared responsibility within families.

The week long programme was held in Delhi from February 11 to February 16, 2026. Initiated in 2025, the “Organize our Kitchen” series was introduced to highlight the central role of the family in shaping personal testimonies that support church ministry. While earlier editions were conducted for different groups, this year’s programme specifically focused on pastors’ wives, recognising their demanding and vital role in pastoral work.
The sessions addressed the need to balance responsibilities across three areas, including managing the home, engaging in the wider community and navigating diverse social environments. The programme was conducted by staff of the Ao Baptist Arogo Mungdang Women Ministry and was led by its secretary, T. Arenla Lkr, who facilitated discussions on spiritual, practical and emotional wellbeing.
The ministry expressed appreciation to the Delhi Ao Baptist Church, led by Associate Pastor Meren, for logistical support and hospitality. A total of 68 participants attended, including 64 pastors’ wives from 54 churches and four members of the women ministry. Organisers said empowering pastors’ wives helps strengthen families and communities, ensuring a stable foundation for public ministry.
