In a case of hit-and-run, a 19-year old student of St. Joseph University, Dimapur was critically injured and is in life-support at Referral Hospital (CIHSR), Dimapur.
As per sources, the incident happened at around 3:30 PM on Wednesday when the student was exiting from the university campus after appearing for her Continuous Assessment Test exams.
A Bachelor of Arts second semester student majoring in Psychology and Counselling, the victim is the daughter of a church pastor and native of Ungma village.
According to an eyewitness account, she was hit and run over by a black Mahindra Scorpio with a non-local driver.
