Kohima, February 21 (MTNews): The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland is organizing an Essay Writing and Video Making competition as part of the Systematic Voters’ Education & Electoral Participation (SVEEP) program in connection with the upcoming 14 General Election to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, 2023 on the topic “My Opinion of Elections in Nagaland.”
In this regard, the Directorate of School Education, Nagaland, Kohima has in a notification informed that the Essay should be of 1500-2000 words and video should be of 3-5 minutes duration. Entries should be submitted to ceonagaland.iteell@gmail.com on or before 24 February, 2023 by 6:00 PM.
Heads of all Schools (Government/Private) functioning within the State of Nagaland have been advised to encourage students from their institutions for participation in the competitions as part of the (SVEEP) program.
It was informed that winners will be selected from each category and awarded Certificates and Cash Prizes. All the videos and essays will be uploaded in the Chief Electoral Officer’s website and social media handles for wide publicity.
