Wokha, 12 April (MTNews): People’s Democratic Alliance (PDA) consensus candidate Dr Chumben Murry dismissed accusations of the BJP being anti-Christian and criticized the Congress for playing the religion card without offering solutions.
Speaking at an election campaign in Wokha today, Murry pledged to join the Northeast Christian Forum to uplift Christians if given the chance. He affirmed his commitment to prioritize the Naga people’s interests, citing efforts to eliminate AFSPA and addressing issues like UCC and CAA.
Murry while expressing gratitude for the state’s support and optimism for the upcoming elections said he will be the bridge between the Nagas and Delhi and appealed for all to vote for him on 19 April.
