Dimapur Town Nepali Baptist Church (DTNBC) Duncan observed its 35th Youth Foundation Day on March 23, 2025, during the devotion service at 9:30 a.m. The occasion was marked with joy as the church family came together to celebrate this milestone.
Salome Gurung, Mission Secretary, delivered a message titled “Flourishing in God’s Purpose,” based on Jeremiah 29:11. Her words encouraged the congregation to trust in God’s plan for their lives.
The program began with praise and worship led by the Youth Ministry, followed by a welcome address by Kamal Sharma, Youth Pastor. Benjamin Sangma led the opening prayer, while Sharmila Gurung led the offertory prayer.
The Youth Ministry presented a special number, and Maria Ngullie and Rachel Magar read from Jeremiah 29:11 in English and Nepali, respectively.
The program was chaired by Jessica Marak and concluded with a benediction prayer by Dilu Gurung, Women Pastor.
DTNBC Duncan is the 6th oldest Gorkha Church in Nagaland, established on August 22, 1982. Over the years, the church has grown and been blessed with opportunities to serve and minister to the community.
