Engines ready ahead of Throttle Thrust VII

Throttle Thrust VII to kick off at Longmisa on Nov 4

All eyes are on Longmisa village as Throttle Thrust VII, Nagaland’s first full tarmac rally, gears up to flag off tomorrow, November 4, under the Spearhead Motor Initiative. The two-day event, slated for November 4 and 5, will be flagged off at 9:00 AM by ADC Atsungba Walling.

The event’s PD session will feature Atoka V Awomi, President of the P. Vizheto Motor Sports Club, as special guest.

Racers will compete across three categories: Open, Below 1300cc, and SUV
The prizes are as follows:
· Open: Rs 60,000, Rs 40,000, Rs 30,000, Rs 20,000, Rs 10,000
· Below 1300cc: Rs 40,000, Rs 30,000, Rs 20,000
· SUV: Rs 30,000, Rs 20,000, Rs 10,000

As part of the same weekend, round 6 of the Northeast Motorsports Championship 3.0 will also take place at Longmisa, bringing together some of the top rally drivers from across the region.
