Mokokchung, 5 April (MTNews): Fazl Ali College, Mokokchung, in collaboration with Sherubtse College, Royal University of Bhutan, concluded the Cultural Exchange Programme 2024 with an agro-cultural educational visit to an Ao Naga farm at Nokjok, Mangmetong Village, and exploration of the Ao Naga legacy in Ungma Village, as informed by a press release issued by the Information and Publicity Cell, Fazl Ali College. The theme for the day was ‘Journey Through Naga Culture: Embracing Heritage, Connecting Communities.’

The visit to the farm in Nokjok was hosted by Er T Imlisunep Ao and family, where the Sherubtse College delegates explored a variety of plantations ranging from sandalwood to agar, coffee, and local pepper. The Ungma Village Council hosted their visit to Ungma Village, where they explored heritage locations, the release added.

It may be mentioned here that 30 students and 2 faculty members from Sherubtse College, Royal University of Bhutan were in Mokokchung on a 3-day cultural exchange program with Fazl Ali College, Mokokchung.
