Tseminyu, July 27 (MTNews): Fish seedlings releasing program at Nsonji Lake, Sendenyu village was organized by Fostering Climate Resilient Upland Farming System in the Northeast (FOCUS) and International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD).
Deputy Commissioner Tseminyu, Dr. ZasekuolieChusi IAS, and Deputy SPD, FOCUS, Nagaland, Lipokonen Jamir released the fingerlings at Nsonji Lake on 26th July 2022.
Yhunsenlo Kent, PIT-FOCUS-IFAD, and Joint Director Fisheries & Aquatic Resources welcomed all the invitees. Officials had a brief interaction with the officers and visiting officials & Nsonji Lake Management Committee. Angling demo was performed by Anglers Association of Nagaland. Earlier, a total of 400 packets of fish seeds were distributed to Sendenyu villages and Rumesenyu village.
