The Nagaland Fire and Emergency Services Department is set to fully implement the Nagaland Fire and Emergency Act of 2021 ‘very soon’. According to AIR Kohima, it was revealed by Fire Prevention and Awareness Officer Kenny Khing during an interview with Akashvani Kohima.
Khing also said that the department has held several meetings with various sections of society to raise awareness about the provisions of the Act prior to its full implementation.
