Mokokchung, February 27 (MTNews): In an unfortunate fire accident on Sunday, the old wooden building of the erstwhile Baptist English School located at Tzüsapang sector under Mokokchung village was burnt down to ashes. The incident took place at around 11:30 AM. Sources from the Fire Department said that they received information of the fire at around 11:40 AM.
Two fire engines were immediately deployed and the fire was brought under control before spreading. The cause of the fire was not ascertained till the time of filing of this report.
