Former Deputy Speaker of Nagaland Legislative Assembly and four time legislator from 13 Pughoboto Assembly Constituency, Joshua Sumi, renewed his Indian National Congress membership today at Congress Bhavan, Kohima, right on the heels of his recovery from a prolonged health issue.
Informing this in a press release, the Nagaland Congress party said that he was accorded a rousing reception by the NPCC leadership led by its President S Supongmeren Jamir.
