Mokokchung, October 2 (MTNews): A free medical health camp was organized by the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Mokokchung in collaboration with Satsukba Church Leaders at Satsukba Village on Saturday, October 1.

 

An update from CMO Mokokchug said that a medical team led by Dr. Alemwabang, SMO CHC Mangkolemba, provided services such as Dental, Eye, General medicine, Ayush, Physiotherapy and Audiometry test. Random blood sugar, haemoglobin and malaria tests were done on the spot. IEC team from the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Mokokchung delivered Health talks and IEC materials were also distributed among the beneficiaries during the camp.

 

A total of 54 beneficiaries availed the medical services provided during the camp. Free medicines were also provided to beneficiaries.
Medical Staff from IMDH, Tsurangkong, Mangkolemba block and members from Satsukba Baptist Church assisted in all the needful logistics.
